PERIODIC TRAINING

PCV Drivers

From 10th Sptember 2008 all commercial PCV drivers will need to complete 35 hours of training before 9th September 2013.

The 35 hours can be split into 1 day sessions lasting 7 hours each.

LGV Drivers

From 10th Sptember 2009 all commercial LGV drivers will need to complete 35 hours of training before 9th September 2014.

The 35 hours can be split into 1 day sessions lasting 7 hours each.

WE CURRENTLY HAVE 7 COURSES TO CHOOSE FROM 

1. Fuel Economy Training
2. Drivers Hours & Tachograph including Working Time Directive
3. Maintanance, Daily Checks, Speed Limits, Driving Regulations, Signs and Restrictions
4. Health & Safety, Loading / Un Loading, PPE, Risk Assessments
5. Customer Service & Soft Skills
6. Lorry mounted crane (HIAB)
7. ADR (Dangerous Goods) This can count for 1,2 or 3 days
